Before Filing
If you request a cancellation before any filings have been submitted to a government agency, you are eligible for a full refund of the FormLLC service fee. Contact us at contact@formllc.in to request a cancellation.
After Filing
State filing fees: Non-refundable. These are government fees paid directly to the state and cannot be reversed once submitted.
FormLLC service fee: If we have already submitted filings on your behalf, the service fee is non-refundable as the work has been completed. However, if there is a significant service failure on our part, we will work with you to make it right.
Registered Agent Service
Registered agent service fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun, as we have assumed legal responsibility as your registered agent with the state.
Subscription and Renewal Services
Annual compliance and renewal services can be cancelled before the renewal date for a full refund of the upcoming period. No refunds are provided for the current service period.
How to Request a Refund
Email contact@formllc.in with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue. We are committed to fair and transparent service.
